A HILL COUNTRY HOLIDAY

It was a lovely Austin homecoming this Christmas with family, friends and that amazing Central Texas barbecue! While it snowed back home in Dallas, the weather in Austin was perfect.

Spotted on Loop 360 in Austin: Xmas trees in the wild!

Santa came through with the "Bendaroos!" (don't ask)

...and a new set of wheels!

Aunt Vian got Hudson some burnt-orange plaid for the National Championship Game!

Some more books!

Mom got Dad some new punching bags. Too bad Daddy lost his hand over the holidays.

Food coma number 2

Staying in Central Texas for any longer would've put 10 extra pounds on all of us so we packed up and headed home. It was a cozy ride!

Later in the week, Hudson spent some of his Target coins on new toys...

...including this new lacrosse goal.

Fayte spent her Target coins on some more girly items like makeup and boas...for Champ.

Merry Christmas!
