WE'RE BACK!

Okay, after a long break from the blogosphere, we're back. And not only that, we are coming back to Austin. In fact, the transition process of bringing the circus back to town is the main reason why we haven't been able to update the blog since Fayte's first day of school. So what's happened in that amount of time? Well, to start, we celebrated 2 birthdays. First up was Hudson, who celebrated his on a vintage train to the Fort Worth Stockyards with Cousin Connor. Some bandits tried to rob the train on horseback halfway there. Luckily the boys were packin heat.

Next up, Fayte turned 5 and celebrated her birthday by baking cupcakes with Hadley (who joined Fayte for the day at Grace Academy), and a trip to the art museum where she contributed her own art to be displayed.

And in between, we had Halloween, the Gypsy Picnic Food Trailer festival in Austin, and we've enjoyed the great outdoors in the beautiful Austin-area Hill Country (and the critters that live there)























































Apparently Hudson has no problem cleaning a dove, but is deathly afraid of frogs.
